Ndroids Tech offers website and app development services at competitive prices, focusing on quality design and functionality. All code is hosted on GitHub from day one, ensuring clients have full control over their projects.
For projects starting from the UI design phase:
If the client does not have an existing design, the full payment for the UI design is required upfront. After the design is completed, if the client approves the design, we will proceed with the project using the following payment structure: 10% upfront, 20% upon completion of the first milestone, 30% upon completion of the second milestone, and 40% upon project completion.
If the client provides a UI design, the payment structure will be 20% upfront, followed by four installments of 20% at agreed-upon milestones.
Additional costs may be incurred for changes beyond the agreed-upon scope.
We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information needed for project completion.
Timely feedback is essential to adhere to project timelines.
We offer six months of maintenance and support after project completion.
Support includes bug fixes and minor updates but does not cover major redesigns or new features.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the developed project will be transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio.
Ndroids Tech respects your privacy and will keep all client information confidential. We will not share your project details without your consent.
Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
